What happens when someone pays, what runs by itself, what needs a person, and the four things we need from your side. Written for the team, not for members.

En cortoThe short versionDos cosas separadas, a propósitoTwo things separate, on purpose

Everyone stays in one community, so the chat and the activity stay shared. What separates the paying members is the content: the courses are locked to the Premium tier.

Because a new room with ten people in it looks empty, and the first thing a buyer sees decides whether they come back tomorrow. Shared room, separate content, keeps both things right.

Por qué mensual y anual van separadosWhy monthly and annual are split

The risk is not the same, so the work is not the same. A monthly member can leave at the end of any month, so they need to see value before every charge. An annual member cannot leave for a year: the job there is making sure they actually use it, because someone who used it renews and someone who parked it does not.

It does not count stories, it counts how many each member has given: a comment inside, a feedback form, and a video. In that order, because they get harder, and because whoever gave you one is closer to giving the next.

Límites honestosHonest limitsLo que Skool no permite a nadieWhat Skool does not let anyone do

Worth knowing so nobody plans around something that is not there. We checked all of this against Skool own API and docs.

Una sorpresa buenaOne good surprise

Skool charges through Stripe, and the Stripe account is Tudor own. If webhooks can be created from that Stripe dashboard, the bridge into the CRM is free, instant, and the payment amount tells us whether it was monthly or annual, which removes the manual sorting completely. Otherwise Zapier does the same job with a delay and a cost.

Lo que necesitamosWhat we needCuatro cosas de vuestro ladoFour things from your side

1 · Cuál es el enlace real del directo1 · Which live link is the real one

Two are circulating: the YouTube one and tudormorari.ai. It has to be the same in the group, in the stories and on the Skool page, or people wait in the wrong place at 17:00.

2 · Si se pueden crear webhooks en el panel de Stripe2 · Can webhooks be created in the Stripe dashboard

Two minutes to check: dashboard.stripe.com, Developers, look for Webhooks. It decides whether the CRM bridge is free and instant or delayed and paid.

You mentioned adding testimonials to the Skool page, but none of them show on the public version. If they exist somewhere, they are worth recovering: three member videos carry more weight than anything else we can write.

4 · Quién publica las historias, con nombre4 · Who posts the stories, by name

Ten stories across the weekend. It is the channel with the most reach and it currently has no owner, which is why Friday went out short.
